1 double 1 twin. Lounge, Kitchen/Dining area, bathroom. Enclosed garden, with furniture and pergola. Further garden with area for barbecue. Off road parking.

Little Barn Cottage is a thoughtful conversion of a small barn with an appealing feel of rustic living which harmonizes well with the cottages’ rural surroundings. Situated in a remarkably well equipped rural village, flanked by scented hedges and rolling fields. With an abundance of wildlife to be discovered whilst paddling in the streams and strolling through the tranquil woodlands, this is a perfect location for that quiet restful retreat. Front entrance into the dining area, leading to a nice size kitchen. The lounge has exposed original beams, a wood burning stove, and French doors opening onto a large well kept garden. The Bathroom comprises combined bath with shower over. Kingsize double bedroom on the ground floor. All rooms except the twin bedroom are on the ground floor.

One of the largest villages in Norfolk, Briston is adjacent to the old railway village of Melton Constable. With its own local butchers, bakers, village shops and Post Office, local public house and pub with restaurant, or if you fancy take away the local fish & chip shop and Kebab, just minutes away, makes it easy to see why so many villagers never leave. There is a large village green, which accommodates the travelling Fairground twice a year, and is now the venue for the local summer fete. The Recreation ground, and Sports and Social club, has an enclosed children’s playing area and tennis court.

Guest comments - ‘Just about the best-appointed cottage we have ever stayed in!’

‘We were very impressed by Little Barn and the high standard décor and the way great thought was put into it to cater for all your needs. The garden was a pleasure to look out onto each day and we hope to come again in the near future’
