First Floor – Double room with King sized bed ( can be two single beds on request), double room and King sized bedroom ( can be a twin on request) with ensuite shower room. Family bathroom.

 A brand new character home, a short stroll from Blakeney quayside and all the village amenities. The Chase is a home by the renowned Fleur Developments known for their high levels of build quality. The interior is light, spacious and luxurious, an elegant blend of traditional architecture with cool, contemporary styling and the owners individual touches, creating a very appealing, luxury coastal home.

To the rear, there is parking for 2 cars ( in tandem) and from here you enter the garden and through to the back doors. These double doors off the patio open into a modern, very high quality stylish kitchen/ diner. Marble worksurfaces top the sleek French Grey cupboards and is complemented by white ceramic tiling and white oak shelving.  Hidden white goods include a dishwasher, washing machine and a larder fridge freezer. The kitchen is a good sized room and has a dining table with upholstered comfortable seating for 6 guests.

From the kitchen/ diner is a lobby area accessing the cloakroom/WC and the sitting room. There are double doors here that open onto the patio, overlooking the garden. This is a lovely room, spacious and with a subtle coastal theme with gentle greys, and blues accented by warm mustard. An ‘L’ shaped sofa is positioned so you can enjoy the TV and also the bask in the warmth of the woodburning stove. By the double doors is a tub chair in front of the book shelves. The second sitting room is a delightfully cosy room perfect for using as a quiet space.

The master bedroom ( ensuite shower, limestone tiling, ) is a large spacious room with a king sized bed. This is a zip and link bed and can be 2 singles ( please ask on booking)You have distant sea views from one of the two windows. The second double room also has a King sized bed ( can be two singles; please request on booking), fitted cupboards and is a sunny south facing room. Finally the third double room has  a double bed, fitted wardrobes and is another sunny south facing room. As well as the ensuite there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside there is a sunny front garden and a larger rear garden with a patio, lawned garden and a shrub/flower bed. Off the garden are two parking spaces in tandem.
